EST Marketing Ltd was established by a group of experienced telephone sales and marketing professionals in 2002 with 20 years of collective experience. Since then the company has established itself as one of the leading providers of telephone support and lead generation organisations in the IT space with an extensive portfolio of clients that we are very proud of.
Nearly all our clients have had experience of the typical “telemarketing” agency; large call centres that focus on a large volume of calls, develop call scripts and guard you from the caller. Our model is quite different to this; firstly all campaign set-up and briefing sessions involves the person who will be on the phone calling; that same person is also the one who has taken the accreditation course and has the knowledge to devise their own conversation plans. We have a “no temps” policy within the company and you will always have access to speak to or sit with the caller, we have total confidence in their abilities and as such have no intention of shielding them always from clients. All our staff have a dual function and are encouraged to have a direct relationship with the client, there is a management team that supports this relationship, but no “Project Manager” creating an unnecessary middle management layer in our hierarchy. The onus and responsibility is on each member of staff to ensure campaign success, this in turn makes the job more interesting, shifts the power of knowledge onto the caller which essentially bodes well for a successful end campaign result. Currently we have 6 VSP (VMWare Sales Professional) accredited staff, 4 staff members with their CCSP’s (Citrix Certified Sales Professional), 1 CPSC (Check Point Partner Slaes Certification, 3 staff members who have been through partner level training for a well know E-mail security provider and 1 CCSE (Checkpoint Certified Security Expert). We intend to grow this list, and believe that there is no substitute for understanding the market place and the technologies and services that we talk about. All campaigns are proceeded by in-depth training and briefing sessions to ensure we have a suitable level of knowledge to represent your business appropriately, as you can imagine, after 6 years we have a very good understanding of most technology areas. Perhaps over and above everything else, we focus on the little things which often get ignored on projects, adding e-mail addresses, new contacts and profiling companies as secondary objectives. This approach often leads to a long-term value in what can often be a short-term project. Our ethos and how it differs from others can perhaps be summed up by the following……..
